1. Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales of digital products are generally final once the product has been delivered, accessed, or downloaded.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Instant-access digital files

Products that have already been accessed or used
1.1 Refund Eligibility for Digital Products
Refund requests may be considered only in the following situations:

The customer did not receive the download link or access to the product.

The delivered file is corrupted or unusable.

The wrong digital product was delivered.

A duplicate purchase was made accidentally.
Refund requests for digital products must be submitted within 7 days of the purchase date.
2. Physical Products
Physical products may be eligible for returns or refunds under certain conditions.
2.1 Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, the item must:

Be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Be unused and in its original condition.

Be returned in its original packaging.

Include all accessories or items originally included with the product.
The following items cannot be returned:

2.2 Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect physical product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will review your request and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
